Controlling the session
Starting the session
The Start/Stop session button toggles the session on and off. Attendees will not be able to grant access to their webcams until the session is started. Starting the session also begins the session timer and recording of Session History data.
Pausing/Resuming the session
To pause a session from the VP Console, click on the Pause button to the right of the session timer. This will pause the timer and suspend recording of Session History data. Click again to resume the session.
Stopping the session
To stop the session click on the Start/Stop session button to the left of the timer.
You will be asked to confirm whether you want to end the session. Click Yes to stop the timer and end recording of session data.
Viewing Session Data
When you end the session you will be given the opportunity to View Session Data. The session history can also be viewed at the displayed URL as described in "How do I view session history?"
Click the x in the upper right corner of the View Your Session Data window to close the window and return to the VP Console.
Note: Stopping the session does not end your Adobe Connect meeting. It stops only the timer and the recording of session data.
You can restart the session at any time from the VP Console as described above.
