Attendee display menu bar

The Attendee display menu bar allows host control of the VP Console Attendee displays.

1. Attendee display image size

The image icons on the Attendee display menu control the size of the attendee display image. The smaller the image, the more attendees displayed per page.

Note: Depending on your browser, you may be able to use the browser's zoom function to increase the number of attendees displayed on a single page.

If attendee displays extend beyond one page, the next arrow moves forward to the next page of attendee displays. The previous arrow moves back one page. When the last page is reached, the next arrow cycles back to the first page.

Auto rotate can be toggled on or off.  When auto rotate is on, attendee display pages will automatically advance after a specified amount of time. Set the amount of time using "Auto Rotate Videos" in the Settings >>> General tab. This feature can be set to auto rotate between 10 and 120 seconds in increments of 5.

The Show All menu allows the host to control presentation of the Attendee displays. "Show All" is the default. It displays information about all meeting attendees.  The host can also choose to display only Participant information or only information about Presenters and Participants.

5. Hands Raised menu

The Hands Raised menu allows the host to pin or unpin attendees, enable or disable attendee webcams and lower attendee hands. This can be done either selectively for individual attendees or globally for all attendees. The Hands Raised menu also allows the host to access the Attendee information panel for individual attendees by clicking on the "i" information icon.
