Allowing Flash - Browser Advanced Setting

For Safari (Mac Users) please follow the link:

For Firefox:

1. Click on the 3 vertical lines at top right.
2. Go to options.
3. Go to security and uncheck "Warn you when sites try to install add-ons"

Make sure you have Shockwave Flash installed for Firefox.
* To check, go to 3 vertical lines and click Add-ons.
* Make sure Shockwave Flash is enlisted and always activated is chosen.
* If it is not there, download it from here

For Internet Explorer:
-- Ensure your version is updated to version 11.0.9600.18697 or higher --

1. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the page.
2. Select Internet options.
3. Select the Advanced tab.
4. Scroll down until you find the Multimedia subsection
5. Ensure that Play animations in webpages* is checkmarked.
6. Select Apply.

For Chrome 
-- Ensure your version is updated to 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) or higher. --

1. Enter chrome://settings/content/flash into the browser and hit enter.
2. Ensure Allow sites to run Flash is selected and Ask First is deselected.
3. Enter chrome://settings/content/popups into the browser and hit enter.
4. Ensure Popups are allowed.
5. Enter chrome://settings/content/unsandboxedPlugins into the browser and hit enter.
6. Ensure Ask when a site wants to use a plugin to access your computer (recommended) is selected.

Again please make sure that the meeting room link doesn't end with proto=true and if you are still being redirected by your browser, clear your cache.
