The meeting host can configure the conference audio to allow attendees to join via computer (VoIP), a telephone or simply listen to the meeting.
Once the host has started the conference audio (see "Starting conference audio"), the Audio Wizard will automatically pop up for all attendees (hosts, presenters and participants) and walk you through joining the audio portion of the meeting (see the "Audio Wizard").
If you are disconnected from the conference audio, here's how to rejoin.
Hosts
A white handset or microphone icon on the top menu bar indicates you are not connected to the conference audio.
Click on the handset or microphone icon to open the Audio Wizard.
Participants and Presenters
Click on the Audio Wizard button on the right side of the top menu bar to open the Audio Wizard.
