How do I end a session?

1. Open the Assistant Panel by clicking on the VP Assistant dropdown menu to the right of the VP Console icon and
2. Click on the End Session button.

This will stop the session timer and recorder.

By default the Assistant Panel will close the Adobe meeting when you confirm you want to end the session. To end the session, click Yes. If you wish to keep the session open, click No.

If Auto-start recording is enabled, the confirmation screen will look like this. Ending the session stops the recording.

By default the Assistant Panel will close the Adobe meeting when you confirm you want to end the session. If you wish to keep the meeting room open after the session is ended, deselect the Close Adobe meeting box before clicking on the Yes button.
