What information is captured in session history?

Session Data Output report

This is a sample Session Data Output report:

Session Data Output report

1. Started, Stopped, Duration | Paused

Duration is the running time of the session (as measured by the Session timer). It does not include time paused.

2. Session Hosts, Presenters, and Users

2. Session Hosts, Presenters, and Users

In this report participants are referred to as "users."

Technical information is recorded for each attendee (host, presenter, user/participant). These data are similar to those contained in the Attendee information panel with two important differences:

  • Latency is averaged over the session based on captured Speed Test results. The highest latency value is also recorded in the report.
  • Time connected is the attendee's total time connected to the meeting. If the attendee joined before the host started the session, the time connected may be longer than the duration of the session.

3. Session Recordings

3. Session Recordings

If the session was recorded, the link to the recording will be available here. Note that additional steps in Adobe Connect Central may be required to unlock the recording to attendees.
