How do I view session history?

Accessing and viewing session history can be done in two ways.

1. End session to view the session history

Click on the Start/stop session button and then click the View Session Data button on the popup to view data for the ended session.

Click the Session History icon at any time to search VP session history.

Click Search to display summary Session History data for all meetings. You can also specify a date range to display summary Session History information for a subset of your meetings.

The Session History search summary includes the meeting title, start date, number of attendees, session duration, and a link to view session data.

  1. Duration is the total time of the session including pauses. The Session Data Outputreport will show time paused.
  2. In the Actions column, click on the View/Edit Session Report button for the desired session.  This link opens a Session Data Output report containing session history information. Note this report read-only. It can't be edited by Vantage Point users.

Off Sessions

In an Off Session, the VP Console was opened and used, but the session was never started. This will be noted in the heading of the Session Data Output report which will still captures the attendee's data.  

An Off Session is indicated by the Off label to right of the meeting title.
