From the Jump To menu select "Reports" From the Reports Module page click on "Risk Reports" link: From the Risk Reports page select "Add" to create a new report. Saved reports will be available from this page for future use. When adding a report, select the base type (property or users) and the report type. The report type provides a specific set of filters and fields for you to customize based on the type of report you want to generate, as follows: Record Counts by Property: Use this report type to generate a numerical count of all selected records by property. Record Type by Property: Generate a report on properties that have a certain record type and details. User Report: This report type is used for reporting on specific system user details (field values), and is available when the "Users" base type is selected. Depending on the report type selected, a series of options and filters will be available to customize your report. In the example above, a report can be generated to show available records for select properties. Identify the fields to display and the field values to apply filters. From the selection pane, drag and drop or double click the requested filters and select the embedded filter dropdown to specific field values. When finished, click on the "Report" button to display your report. If more than one record was configured for the report, each will display in a separate tab. Extract the report into an excel file using the "Extract" button below. You can save your report for future use, which will be made available on the Risk Reports list screen.
