New security feature that locks accounts after 5 failed attempts to prevent any login attacks.

Once the maximum number of attempts has been reached, the account will be locked and an email sent to the account holder, if it is a valid account.  The account can then be unlocked manually from the users profile by a system administrator:

Update the "Change Password" logic to include the option to unlock an account that may have been locked after too many failed attempts.

The link now reads Reset Password / Unlock Account which allows the user to reset their password and/or unlock their account, if needed, through an email verification and unlock the account if it is locked.

Assessment Schedule Dashboard is now available where you can configure site-level assessments / inspections or reports that are required on a recurring basis so you can stay on top of which properties are due.

New escalation workflow in tasks to address overdue tasks that need to be escalated 

  1. define escalation worfklow in a users profile or at the role level (PM user overdue = check user level first or at role, if none, no email) only delect one but can select multiple escalation will try to match by specific module / frequency first and then if not will look for a general escalation.   Set interval type and value to set escalation workflow threshold
    1. Mulltiple escalation levels: first level - check escalation point for the first escalation user and so on 
  2. Instant escalation - 
  3. Multiple assignment - will go to the escalation based on rank in the role.  

Admin function which we can support or instruct.  Highest rank number reflects the escalation workflow.   

Option to initiate the escalation workflow when a task is past due and add comments for the recipient of the escalation.   Email is sent to the recipient with the comment by the person who initiated the escalation.   Tasks that are escalated will be flagged. 








































SurveyRR-3611

When completing the same survey across multiple properties, answers can be copied from one property / building to another when in the browser/desktop* to save time on responding for more than one location.  Once copied, the survey can still be motified to provide specific details unique to that property or building.   

To copy answers, simply select the "copy" icon from the new survey and select the property or building to copy answers from.

Where access to certain administrative settings were only available to site admins, the option now exists to allow specific roles to access admin function for a given module such as the surveys and inspections section and module settings.
