Assessments Schedule Dashboard
The Assessments / Inspections Dashboard provides a snapshot view of the status of any recurring assessments/inspections as required. Whether looking at a specific set of properties or accross the portfolio, the Assessments Schedule dashboard helps identify reports / assessments that need to be scheduled for budgeting and planning.
Configuring the Assessments Schedule Dashboard
Configure the assessments/inspections that you would like to include in the dashboard. Typically those that are required on a recurring basis so you can stay on top of which properties are due.
From the Administration >> Environmental >> Environmental Reports
Select the Environmental Report Type you would like to include and click the configuration menu >> Other Options
From the options menu, select “Show on Assessments Schedule Dashboard” and the frequency of the assessment/inspection.
Assessments Schedule Dashboard:
All configured reports will appear in the dashboard:
Based on the report frequency configured, the donut chart will represent the properties that have been assigned in green and the properties to be assessed in grey.
The counts below the chart show the number of properties assessed, number of propeties to be assessed and the number of excluded properties (not requiring this assessment) within the designated time period.
Example: If a Phase I ESA is required every 1 year, the dashboard looks back 365 days from today’s date to count any property who does not have that assessment/inspection added.
The list of Properties To Be Assessed shows properties that have passed the assessment with show the Next Assessment Date as the date of the last report
NOTE: to ensure an accurate count, all reports need to contain a report date in the report details:
Clicking Properties Not Assessed link will open the list of properties missing that assessment.
Click the property to access the Environmental Reports page for that property.
