Risk Reports - Custom Report Builder

Risk Reports is a custom reporting tool allowing users to build and save reports with a specified set of filters and field values. 

Review Steps:

1. Click here to launch the Refined Risk Development Site
2. Login with your first initial and last name.  Password is Reportonthis#!
   Note: Dev site access available for approx 1 week, Report tool will be deployed with RR 4.5 in your staging environment the week of February 25
3. From the Refined Risk Application:  Jump To "Risk Reports"
4. Click to view an existing report or add a new one
5. Follow the steps to select the report type and filters for your report
6. User Access to Risk Reports can be defined from Administration >> Security Settings: Risk Report Access

Report Types:

Record Counts by Property:

Use this report type to generate a numerical count of all selected records by property.

Record Detail by Property:

Generate a report on selected records and record details (field values) by property.  

Record Type by Property

Generate a report on properties that have a certain record type and details.

Property Report Detail

This report type is used for reporting on specific property details (field values).  

User Report

This report type is used for reporting on specific system user details (field values).
