Assessments / Inspections and Portfolio Summary Dashboards.
The Assessments / Inspections Dashboard provides a snapshot view of the status of any recurring assessments/inspections as required. Whether looking at a specific set of properties or across the portfolio, the dashboard makes it possible to easily identify reports that are past due.
Note: This same dashboard is also part of the Portfolio Summary dashboard so when configuring assessments/Inspections/Reports for this dashboard, they will also appear in the Portfolio Summary.
Configuring the Assessments / Inspections Dashboard
Configure the assessments/inspections that you would like to include in the dashboard. Typically those that are required on a recurring basis so you can stay on top of which properties are due.
From the Administration menu select either Environmental or OHS reports to configure the reports to show up in the respective Assessments / Inspections Dashboard (OHS or Environmental)
Select the Report Type you would like to include and click the configuration menu >> Other Options
From the options menu, select “Show on Recent Assessments Dashboard” and the frequency of the assessment/inspection.
Assessments/Inspections Dashboard
All configured reports will appear in the dashboard.
Based on the report frequency configured, the dashboard will show properties not assessed within that frequency, as shown by the grey portion of the donut chart.
Example: If a Phase I ESA is required every 1 year, the dashboard looks back 365 days from today’s date to count any property who does not have that assessment/inspection added.
NOTE: to ensure an accurate count, all reports need to contain a report date in the report details:
Properties Not Assessed shows a count of properties not assessed within the designated time-frame, factoring in any properties that are marked as excluded.
This link will open the list of properties missing that assessment.
Click the property to access the Environmental Reports page for that property to verify if any reports may be missing a date or add the past-due report.
Overdue Tasks shows a count of any tasks from these inpections that are past-due. Clicking the link will open the list of tasks for that report type.
Excluded from Assessment shows a count of properties excluded from requiring this type of assessment / inspection / report. Clicking the link will open the list of excluded properties and clicking a property will open the Environmental Reports section for that property.
Property Exclusions:
To mark a property as excluded, go to the “Properties Not Assessed” list and click on the property to exclude.
Add a comment to indicate the reason for the exclusion
Check off “Excluded from assessment”
Save
The excluded properties will no longer be counted in the list of properties to be assessed.
