Risk

Menu

The Refined Risk application has introduced a brand new redesign of the user interface, offering a clean layout that is mobile friendly and easy to navigate. 

• The previous "Jump To" menu header has been replaced with a drop-down menu, a property/tenant search box and a settings function

Open

• When a user first logs into the system, they will land on the Portfolio Dashboard view. This view will display dashboards for the module selected across the entire portfolio. Users can switch to different module Portfolio Dashboards from the drop-down menu icon on the top left of the page.

Open

• Previous client filters are now available as "Dashboard Filter" under the gear icon on the top right.

• If a user wishes to switch to the full Module view, they will need to select a property, either by using the search bar or by selecting one from the new Property List or Building List dashboard.

• Once on a property's Landing page, users can navigate through the module's menu items by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner once again. If they wish to change module's or return to the Portfolio Dashboard view, they can click "Switch To"  at the top of the menu.

• The Administration menu can be found in the new Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.

Document/Report Attachments

When opening an attached PDF file, users will now see a preview of the document with the option to download it to their system.

Anywhere Comments are Available

A "Restricted Comment" checkbox has been added to the Comments tab throughout the system. 

Admin's can select the roles/users that have permissions to view restricted comments under Security Settings.

Administration

Administration > System > Notifications

Administrators can now set the frequency of alerts and notifications based on module and report/record type. 

For example; if frequency for a particular notification is set to 3 hours, the notification may go out at anytime within a 3 hour window. If the frequency is set to 0 hours, the email notification will be sent out within a 5 minute time frame of the record being added/updated/deleted.

Dashboards

Administration > Security > Roles > Module Security 

User access to Dashboards will now be limited to their specific roles. If a user belongs to a role that doesn't have access to a particular Module, the corresponding dashboards under that Module will be hidden.

Property List

Menu > Property List

The Property List dashboard allows for a filtered view of all properties (based on user portfolio), with easy access to any module. 

Building List

A new Building List dashboard has been implemented that lists all existing property buildings and their details (based on user portfolio). This dashboard also allows users to navigate to any module page for a specific building.

Reports

Reports > Risk Report Builder

The Risk Report tool has been renamed to "Risk Report Builder". The tools core functionality hasn't changed from the previous version, but it has some slight additions: 

• Reports can now be downloaded in PDF format from the Risk Report Builder and will display company logo

• Report filters can now sort columns from the preview screen and the extract of the report will reflect all sorting choices made from that screen

Environmental records that are linked to other records can now be moved to specific floors/rooms within a building.

OHS > Questionnaires

When a user Locks/Approves a questionnaire, a PDF report of the responses is generated and made available in the module's Document/Reports repository.

The report "Type" field is assigned in the Questionnaire Administration.

Sustainability

Sustainability > Utility meters

A "Consumption" tab has been added to Utility Meters listed on the Utility Meters page. This tab displays three types of charts: 

    1. Consumption/Cost Chart:

    3. Cost per kWh

Sustainability > Utility Bills

The new Utility Bills page displays a list of utility bill information, with key points such as, Period Start dates and End dates, Meter, Consumption and Cost/Unit.

Validation criteria are also set in place to warn users of potential entry errors, such as repeated dates or missing bills.

Sustainability > Building Performance Data > Energy > Electricity

Consumption values shown in utility bar charts can now be drilled down to monthly values (for the selected year) when Intensity, Cost or Cost/sf are selected.

Users can still drill down to daily data for an available meter in both the charts and the table if data is available.
