Insurance Portal Review

This page contains a list of underwriting periods with a start and end date for a specific underwriting period, as defined by an administrator. Each list item contains a title, description and dates representing the start and end of the underwriting period. Each underwriting period further displays reports/records and documents relevant to the property(s) and reporting period defined.

• Consultant users will only see underwriting periods that they have been assigned to by an administrator. 
• Administrators can view, access edit and delete all underwriting periods for the company's portfolio.
• In development: Ability to copy a previous reporting period

The properties page contains a list of properties. Each list item contains the property number, name, city and province.

• Green circle represents active properties
• Grey circle represents inactive properties
• Black circle represents deleted properties
• Filter view to simplify property selection
• Consultant users can view properties that have been included for the specific underwriting period they are assigned to
• Administrators can view/access all properties in the company's portfolio.
• The properties included in the underwriting period are checked off to the left of the property.
• Administrators can include or exclude properties from an underwriting period by checking or unchecking the checkbox to the left of the property. The option to select all displayed properties is available at the top of the list.
• All users can navigate to the reports page of the property by clicking on the respective property list item.

The reports page contains a list of reports associated with the selected property(s). Each list item contains the report type, title, date and company. 

• • Administrators can filter by report type, status and company and include/exclude a report using the checkbox
  • Reports can be opened in a carousel view and downloaded
  • In development: Users will have the option to select and download multiple reports in a zip file for file sharing

Summary Report:

From within the Property or Reports Page (For administrators and client users) the gear icon will display the option to export a summary report that lists all reports included in the underwriting period along with relevent property details. 

From within an underwriting period, users can be assigned to that specific period from the users page. 

• Page lists all existing users from the risk platform
• Filters can be used on the right panel or a specific user can be searched
• Once assigned, the designated user will view all underwriting period(s) assigned to them when logged in to the portal
• In development: Audit log will be available for all activity including 
  • Properties added/removed
  • Reports viewed/added/removed
  • User logins
