CAPEX Projects
MD users can access CAPEX Projects dashboards to get at-a-glance views of key parameters for all the CAPEX projects, the various repairs associated with their properties and their completion status.
CAPEX Project Repairs Dashboard
Extract CAPEX Projects/CAPEX Repairs
The Property Projects Dashboards can be accessed by selecting 
from the top left menu bar 
Selecting from the options below will launch the CAPEX dashboards.
CAPEX Projects Dashboard
All CAPEX projects associated with the properties that the MD user has access will be listed here.
The dashboard helps in identifying negative trends and providing overall visibility at-a-glance. The user can see the most significant details for all the Open/In-progress CAPEX projects here:
1) Property details
2) CAPEX project details namely Status, Engineering Company , Date
3) Number of Repairs and Number of Overdue Repairs
The user can filter/access CAPEX projects from this list. Selecting a project from the above list will take the user to the CAPEX Projects page of the Property projects module.
From any page in this workflow, clicking on Back to Dashboard will take the user back to CAPEX Projects dashboard.
The user can also access the CAPEX projects from the Property List/Building List from the top left menu bar and selecting "Property Projects" icon 
The property landing page provides links to all property projects:
Selecting the desired project type will open the project list screen.
Selecting a CAPEX project from the list will display activities and other details associated with that project.
Here, the user can make changes to the status of the project- Mark As In-Progress, Mark As Open, Mark As Complete. The user can also make changes to other details(Engineering Company, details, Documents, Comments) and Update the record.

Selecting any repair from the Repairs list will open the below page showing the details.
From any page in the module, clicking on the left menu bar , selecting Switch To and Portfolio Dashboards will take the user to the Dashboard page.
CAPEX Project Repairs Dashboard
All CAPEX Project Repairs associated with the properties that the MD user has access will be listed here. This dashboard is helpful as this reports the list of all Open/Pending/In Progress repairs and their high-level details along with the Completion Percentage
The below details are captured for each repair and the user can filter/access any repair from the list.
Selecting any repair from the list, opens the Repairs page as below, where the user can view all details pertaining to the repair.
Clicking on Back to Dashboard will take the user back to CAPEX Projects Repairs dashboard.
Extract CAPEX Projects/CAPEX Repairs
From both the dashboards, the users can extract CAPEX Projects/Repairs to a CSV file by following the steps below.

Clicking on extract will download a csv file to the user's local machine.
