Yes. Use the Auto Starting tab of the VP Settings menu to set auto-start defaults.
Open the Settings menu
To configure the Vantage Point auto-start settings select the gear icon on the top menu bar of the VP Console. This will open the Settings menu.
Auto Starting settings
1. Auto Start Session
This setting allows you to specify the Auto Starting attendance threshold for your meeting. Check Auto Start Session and enter the desired number of participants. Vantage Point will automatically start the session when the host and the specified number of participants have joined the meeting. For details see "Starting a session."
2. Recording Options
- Auto start recording when the session starts: Automatically record your meeting room when your session is initiated. Note that a meeting host must be present in the meeting room.
- Hide the side bar for the recording view: Hide the side bar when the recording is played back.
- Disable the seek bar for the recording view: Disable the seek bar when the recording is played back.
- Show Start Recording Reminder: Display a warning to the meeting hosts to start the recording when the specified number of participants join the meeting.
