The attendees' view is different from the host's. Participants and presenters do not have access to the Assistant Panel.
Conference audio
If the attendee is not connected to the audio conference, an Audio Wizard menu option appears at the right side of the top menu bar on the attendee's screen. Clicking on this menu opens the Audio Wizard, which steps the attendee through joining the conference audio.
If the attendee is connected to the audio conference, a green microphone icon (if connected via computer) or a green handset icon (if connected by phone) indicates the active connection.
