The Assessments / Inspections Dashboard provides a snapshot view of the status of any recurring assessments/inspections as required. Whether looking at a specific set of properties or accross the portfolio, the dashboard makes it possible to easily identify reports that are past due.

Configuring the Assessments / Inspections Dashboard

Configure the assessments/inspections that you would like to include in the dashboard. Typically those that are required on a recurring basis so you can stay on top of which properties are due.

From the Administration >> Environmental >> Environmental Reports

Select the Environmental Report Type you would like to include and click the configuration menu >> Other Options

From the options menu, select “Show on Recent Assessments Dashboard” and the frequency of the assessment/inspection.

Assessments/Inspections Dashboard

All configured reports will appear in the dashboard.

  • Based on the report frequency configured, the dashboard will show properties not assessed within that frequency, as shown by the grey portion of the donut chart.

Example: If a Phase I ESA is required every 1 year, the dashboard looks back 365 days from today’s date to count any property who does not have that assessment/inspection added.

NOTE: to ensure an accurate count, all reports need to contain a report date in the report details:

  • Clicking Properties Not Assessed link will open the list of properties missing that assessment.

Click the property to access the Environmental Reports page for that property.
