1. Create a .txt file
After setting up breakout rooms with Smart Distribute, you can save your breakout configuration for use in other sessions. Click on Export Breakouts. Vantage Point will create a .txt file containing the configuration information.
Note: The exported .txt file will contain only registered attendees who have logged in with a username and password and are listed in the Adobe Connect Attendees pod at the time you create the export file. Guests and attendees who have left the meeting room and no longer appear on the Attendees list will not be included in the exported .txt file.
2. Download the .txt file
Select a location on your computer and download the .txt file.
This .txt file can be imported at a later time to restore the same breakout group configuration. For more information see "How do I import breakout settings from a previous session?"
