Once the host has started the conference audio (see "Starting conference audio"), the Audio Wizard will be available to walk attendees through joining the audio portion of the meeting. See "The Audio Wizard".
To open the Audio Wizard do the following:
Hosts
A white handset or microphone icon on the top menu bar indicates you are not connected to the conference audio.
Click on the handset or microphone icon to open the Audio Wizard.
Attendees
Click on the Audio Wizard button on the right side of the top menu bar to open the Audio Wizard.
