What if the rPhone Phone Console does not appear?

Verify your access to the rPhone Phone Console

Click the drop down menu to access the VP Assistant Panel. On the Audio tab, select Phone Console.

The Phone Console should appear on the right side of the meeting room.

If the rPhone Phone Console is not visible

If rPhone has been previously loaded into a room, the rPhone Phone Console should be available. Even if rPhone is accidentally unchecked from the Pods >>> Share pods menu, it will reload and, by default, be checked.  

If the rPhone Console icon is not available on the top menu bar or it does not function as expected, delete both the rPhone pod and the VP pod and upload both again.
