Open the user Attendee information panel
To get detailed tech support information about an attendee, click on the information icon at the lower right of the of the Attendee display. See "Attendee information panel" for details
Connection status
The information panel provides connection information in the 1) System information block and the 2) Adobe Connect server block.
1. Speed Test
Click the icon to the right of the Speed Test line to check bandwidth and latency from the Vantage Point server.
2. Adobe Connect
This block displays upload and download speeds and latency from the Adobe server. It also presents the average latency.
