To ensure the best possible experience for our clients, Refined Data Solutions has compiled this list of configuration requirements based on our experience with clients running Adobe Connect (AC) and Vantage Point Suite (VP).
Adobe Connect and Vantage Point utilizes utilize a proprietary port, employs Flash technology, and has several optimizations that IT departments in larger organizations need to take into consideration when deploying our Vantage Point solution.

Adobe Connect users can test their connections prior to an event / session / meeting by using the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test available here: https://admin.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

Flash

Adobe Connect employs Flash technology, so it stands to reason that Flash Player must be allowed / enabled for end users.  If your Group Policy disables Flash from being used, it needs to be updated to allow Flash.
