| Environmental | RR-4784 | Environmental reports can now be configured to have a unique reference, such as a certificate number, serial number etc... which will group reports of the same type together by this reference number. As an example, buildings with multiple elevators may record a unique certificate / report for each of it's elevators and group these by the elevator permit or serial number. From the Administration Menu >> Environmental >> Environmental Reports select the report type configuration menu and "Other Options"
Select "Document Reference" as the report level and check "Show on Recent Assessments Dashboard" for this report type to also display a status on the Assessments/Inspections, Portfolio Summary and Property Summary dashboards.
