How do I distribute participants to breakout rooms?

From the Breakouts tab on the VP Assistant panel, choose Smart Distribute. This will open the Smart Distribute panel.

If breakouts have not been previously configured in the session, Smart Distribute will evenly distribute attendees with compatible audio connection types (VOIP, Phone,Just Listening) into breakout rooms. An attendee's audio connection type is indicated by the icon to the left of his or her name. The icon key is located at the upper left of the Smart Distribute panel.

To change the distribution simply drag and drop the attendee. To apply the layout click Apply Breakouts or Apply and Start Breakouts. For more information see "Setting up breakouts with Smart Distribute"
