A virtual breakout room functions in the same way as a physical one. It allows a sub-group of meeting attendees to privately brainstorm, answer pre-assigned questions, develop a project or discuss issues. At the host's discretion breakout group members can use the Adobe Connect tools familiar from the main meeting room.
The meeting host determines the number of breakout rooms available. The assignments can be done manually or automatically using Smart Distribute. The host also determines the content and specific tools available in each breakout room. When the breakout session ends, attendees are seamlessly returned to the main meeting room.
