Insurance Portal for Brokers and Consultants

The Insurance Portal is a site designed for Insurance Brokers and Consultants to obtain a consolidated view of all properties and reports for a specific underwriting period. From this portal, you can view, download and print all corresponding reports with a simple to navigate interface.

Underwriting Period Page

Once logged in to the Insurance Portal, you will first come to the Underwriting Periods page which will display all renewal periods assigned to you for review.

Properties Page

Select the Underwriting Period you would like to view. This opens the Properties page, listing all properties included in this underwriting period

Select the filters on the right to filter the list of properties by status, owner, asset type, city, province or country

Property Reports Page

Click on the property to view this property's reports. Apply report status, type and company filters as needed.

Full Download (all reports)

To download all reports in a ZIP Folder you can select "Download Files" from the settings menu on any page within the underwriting period.

Files will download in batches of 40 properties per ZIP Folder to optimize download time. Each ZIP Folder will be titled with the property ID range that it contains for easy reference:

It is important to allow sufficient time for the download to process and recommended you disable sleep mode on your computer. Do not refresh the page or navigate to other areas of the site during this time to avoid interrupting the download. It is also advised to enable pop-ups for this site to facilitate viewing each ZIP Folder download status.

The first ZIP Folder contains an index file that lists all properties and reports contained in the full download.

Extract a summary report anytime from the settings menu:

This will provide a detailed extract in excel format of all reports included in the underwriting period.
