Using the RDS FieldApp
RDS FieldApp for iOS
To test and review the development version of the RDS FieldApp for iOS, you will need to use the TestFlight mobile application testing APP.
To gain access, please provide your Apple ID
Once provided, you will receive an email from Test Flight inviting you to join the Refined Data Development team:

Click to Accept. You will then get a second email to activate your App Store Connect account. Follow those steps.

Then you should have a third email to view the Refined Data Operations App in Test Flight
TestFlight will send email notifications as newer versions become available and can be easily updated directly from TestFlight:

Launch the file below from your Android device to download and install the latest development version of the RDS FieldApp for Android.
The RDS FieldAPP is now available from Google Play or Apple APP Store by searching 'RDS FieldApp”
Using the RDS FieldApp

Launch the APP and enter the following:
Client ID: RDS
Username and Password will be client ID provided by your RDS representative or contact support@refineddata.com. Your existing login credentials will work in the APP.
Start by locating the a property using a key word or property number search.
Use the Refined Data Head Office unless a property was designated for you from your RDS contact.
Click the menu on the top left to select The left menu will provide options for “Tasks” or Surveys/Inspections”
Managing Tasks
Just click on your assigned tasks and you can update the "status" and either start the task (to show it is in progress) or simply complete it when it's done.

Select Surveys / Inspections and locate the Operations Manager Checklistdesired questionnaire, checklist or inspection
Navigate the checklist / questionnaire categories and questions to complete the checklist.

Use the camera icon to upload or select images and make annotations
Use the chat icon to add/review remards on a specific question or category
Use the clipboard icon to review or add and assign new tasks
