Mortgage Undertakings
MD users can access Mortgage Undertakings dashboards to get at-a-glance views of key parameters for all the undertakings and the various activities associated with the buildings and sites they have access.

Extract Undertakings/Undertaking Activities
The Property Projects Dashboards can be accessed by selecting:
from the top left menu bar 
This will launch the Mortgage Undertakings dashboards.
Mortgage Undertaking Dashboard
All Mortgage Undertakings associated with the properties that the MD user has access to will be listed here.
The dashboard helps in identifying negative trends and providing overall visibility at-a-glance.
1) Property details
2) Undertaking details namely Status, Lender name, Date
3) Number of repairs overdue repairs
The user can filter/access Mortgage Undertakings from this list and click to access the Mortgage Undertaking details.
From any page in this workflow, clicking on Back to Dashboard will take the user back to Mortgage Undertaking dashboard.
The user can also access the mortgage undertakings from the Property List/Building List and selecting "Property Projects" icon 
The property landing page provides links to all property projects:
Selecting the desired project type will open the project list screen.
Selecting a mortgage undertaking from the list will display activities and other details associated with that undertaking.
Here, the user can make changes to the status of the Undertaking - Mark As In-Progress, Mark As Open, Mark As Complete. The user can also make changes to other details(Lender details, Documents, Comments) and Update the record.

Selecting any repair from the repairs list will open the repair details.
From any page in the module, clicking on the left menu bar , selecting Switch To and Portfolio Dashboards will take the user to the Dashboard page.
Mortgage Undertaking Repairs Dashboard
All Mortgage undertaking activities associated with the properties that the MD user has access will be listed here. This dashboard is helpful as this reports the list of all Open/Pending/In Progress activities and their high-level details without having to enter the individual properties.
Details are captured for each repair and the user can filter/access any repair from the list.
Selecting any repair from the list opens the repair details
Clicking on Back to Dashboard will take the user back to Mortgage Undertaking Activities dashboard.
Extract Undertakings/Undertaking Repairs
From both the dashboards, users can extract Undertakings/Undertaking Activities to a CSV file by following the steps below.
