Option to use the Certificate name instead of the course name as the name of the certificate
By default, Moodle pulls the name of the course as the name of the certificate, even if the certificate has been given a different name. RT customizations allow you to use the certificate name instead. This site-wide setting is turned on by the developers upon request.

Report provide access to the certificates earned by the employees assigned to the Manager or Team Leader. Both reports can be displayed or downloaded as an Excel file.

On the Manager Reports page are several filter settings for the report. Each filter is associated with a checkbox to either include (a checked box) or exclude (an unchecked box) that information on the report. The filter information includes:
- First name
- Surname
- Completed (disabled by default).
- Location
- Last access
- Email address
- Display all certificates in report (disabled by default). When this filter is enabled, the report will display all achieved certificates for each user in separate rows.
Clicking on the certificate link on the right, under links, allows the Manager to see their employee’s certificates:
From the list of the employee’s certificates, the Manager can expire any certificate that shows the re-certification icon. The certificate will show as EXPIRED under the Code column in the user’s list of My Certificates.
Whether the user will receive a re-certificate notice or whether the grades are deleted depends on how the various options have been set in
