CAPEX Projects:
CAPEX Projects are generally created by McIntosh Perry with repairs assigned to the corresponding Admin Coordinator.
Managing Repair tasks:
When a repair is created as part of a CAPEX project it will be assigned as a task, by default, to the Admin Coordinator assigned to that site.
The Admin Coordinator will receive an email notification of the new repair:

Municipal Orders:
When a Municipal Order is received, the Admin Coordinator can access the task in one of two ways from the Refined Risk Application.
1. From the CAPEX Repair Dashboard:
Repairs assigned to a given Admin Coordinator will be listed and can be filtered / accessed from this dashboard

2. By accessing the is responsible for adding and managing the Municipal Order and associated repairs from within the Property Projects system.
Creating a Municipal Order:
Locate the building / property by accessing the Building List: from the top left menu bar and selecting "Property Projects" icon
The property landing page provides links to all property projects:
Selecting the desired project type will open the project list screen. Municipal Orders from the Projects Overview or from the left menu bar:
Each option will direct you to the Municipal Orders list screen which displays all municipal orders for this property / building.
Adding a Municipal Order | |

From the Municipal Orders list screen, click ADD to create a new project. | Input a reference number and select the municipality. Then Save to create the project. |
From the Project Screen, "New Repair" will create a new repair task. See "Adding/Managing Repairs" The Project Status can also be updated to "In Progress" | From the Project Screen, reference documents can also be linked and/or added from the Documents tab. The Link Document option will display available documents/reports from other modules for the same property. |
Clicking the document or report from the list will provide additional details and the ability to preview/download the report before linking it to the Municipal Order project. | |
Click ADD to create a new Municipal Order.
Add a project reference and select the municipality then click save
Selecting the project will display repairs associated with that project.
Add & Managing the Repair/Task
Once in the Repair Screen, the Admin Coordinator can manage the task using the following steps:
